When your 7-day free trial ends, you'll be prompted to select a subscription plan to continue using Beowulf IDE. If you don't subscribe, you'll lose access to AI features and premium functionality, but your local files remain accessible. No credit card is charged during the trial.
Yes! You can switch between plans at any time. When upgrading from monthly to annual, you'll receive prorated credit for your remaining monthly subscription. When switching from annual to monthly, the change takes effect at your next renewal date.
Yes, most features work offline including the code editor, data analysis tools, and visualization. However, the Claude AI assistant requires an internet connection. Document generation and some import features may also require connectivity for certain data sources.
Beowulf includes all major data science packages: pandas, numpy, scipy, statsmodels, matplotlib, seaborn, plotly, scikit-learn, and more. For healthcare-specific analysis, we also include lifelines (survival analysis), pingouin (statistics), and others. You can install additional packages via the built-in package manager.
