1.4 AI Interaction Data

Important: When you use the Claude AI assistant:

• Your actual data files are never sent to our servers or to Claude
• Messages are automatically scrubbed to remove PHI before transmission
• Only code, questions, and metadata (column names, data types) may be transmitted
• We maintain audit logs of what information was scrubbed (not the actual PHI)
